Functieomschrijving HR Manager Benelux
As our HR Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our HR strategy across multiple locations in the Benelux region. You will work closely with senior management to foster a thriving company culture and ensure our people strategies align with business goals. Additionally, until a dedicated HR Officer is onboarded, you will be actively involved in the operational day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth HR operations.
What you’ll do
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and strategies to support company objectives
- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to senior management, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent management and organizational development
- Drive employer branding initiatives, enhance company culture and lead learning & development programs
- Optimize HR processes to improve efficiency and enhance the employee experience
- Support managers in talent acquisition, workforce planning and succession management
- Oversee employee relations, negotiations with works councils and unions, and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Implement and manage HR systems, tools and transformation projects to streamline HR operations
- Handle operational HR tasks and ensure smooth daily HR operations until a dedicated HR Officer is hired
Key responsibilities
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in an international or multi-site environment
- Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate plans into action
- Excellent leadership skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Experience with employer branding, organizational culture and learning & development initiatives
- Strong understanding of labor laws, employee relations and negotiations
- Ability to drive change, manage HR projects and implement HR systems

Your Qualifications
- University of Applied Sciences degree in human resources, business administration or comparable qualification
- Previous HR experience for more than 3 years within an international environment preferably industrial
- Sound knowledge of employment law for the Benelux countries
- Good knowledge of MS Office, SAPP and SuccessFactors
- Business fluent in Dutch and French as well as very good knowledge of English in word and writing
